The Seven-Point Lead Audit
Seven checks between a form submission and money in the bank. Most businesses pass three. Tick what you honestly pass — the score is yours, nobody sees it, and it takes about five minutes.
These seven checks are the six layers with a score attached. Reporting splits into two: tagging at capture (6) and cost per booked call (7).
Read it honestly
Which check do you fix first? The lowest-numbered one you failed. The checks run in the order a lead moves, so fixing anything below your first failure is wasted work until that one holds.
| Score | What it means | What to do first |
|---|---|---|
| 0–2 | Leads are arriving and dying. The marketing is not the problem. | Fix check 1, then check 2. Nothing else until those hold. |
| 3–4 | Typical. You're capturing and losing in roughly equal measure. | The lowest-numbered check you failed. If checks 1 and 2 hold, it's check 4 — follow-up is where your buried revenue is. |
| 5–6 | Better than most. The leak is narrow and findable. | Whichever one you failed. It's costing you real money. |
| 7 | Rare. Your constraint is traffic, not conversion. | Spend on reach. Your system will hold it. |
Check 2 — speed to first response. A form filled at 9pm Tuesday and seen Thursday morning has already lost. Not because the lead was impatient, but because two competitors replied in between.
If you only fix one thing on this page, fix that one. It is also the cheapest to fix.
Send me your score. I'll tell you which check to fix first and what it actually takes — usually less than people expect. House of Mohny is in Bengaluru.
